At Lorena Eni Flowers, we take great care to ensure our floral arrangements meet the highest standards of quality and freshness. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once the flowers have been delivered or picked up.

Refunds Policy

Refunds may be issued in certain situations, such as:

  • Delivery errors (e.g., incorrect address or missed delivery within our agreed timeframe).
  • Damaged or poor-quality flowers at the time of delivery or pickup.
  • Other situational concerns assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at lorena@lorenaeniflowers.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, photos of the arrangement.

All refund requests will be reviewed promptly, and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
